Hier kann die Polizei ohne Grund oder Anlass einfach Leute anhalten, durchsuchen und die Papiere verlangen. Diese Form der wahllosen Kontrollen basiert vielfach auf \u201eracial profiling\u201c. Kontrolliert und kriminalisiert werden vor allem Schwarze Menschen, People of Colour, Rom*nja und Sinti*zze, Gruppen von Jugendlichen, Drogenkonsument*innen, Wohnungslose und Sexarbeiter*innen.<br \/>\nObwohl in diesen Zonen die Bewegungsfreiheit massiv eingeschr\u00e4nkt wird, Menschen kriminalisiert und abgeschoben werden, unterliegt die Errichtung der Zonen alleine dem Urteilsma\u00df der Polizei.<\/p>\n<p>KbOs machen unsere Stra\u00dfen nicht sicherer. Im Gegenteil: F\u00fcr viele Menschen werden diese Zonen zu Risikogebieten in denen sich die Gewalt des kapitalistischen Staates manifestiert. Alle die, die nicht in das kapitalistische, rassistische und patriarchale System passen, sollen unsichtbar gemacht werden.<br \/>\nBei der Aufwertung unserer Viertel werden Menschen schrittweise an die R\u00e4nder der Stadt gedr\u00e4ngt um Platz zu machen f\u00fcr \u201esichere\u201c Nachbarschaften in denen sich Touristen und Yuppies wohlf\u00fchlen. Here, the police have the power to establish their own security measures by stopping, identifying and searching people they consider suspicious of crime, even if there is no reason to do so. These measures end up taking the form of racial profiling and other types of discrimination. Controlled and criminalized are mainly Black people, People of Color, Rom*nja and Sinti*zze, groups of young people, drug users, homeless people and sex workers.<br \/>\nWhile the criteria for establishing them are determined based on the discretion of the police, free transit is hindered and prohibited and people are criminalized and deported.<\/p>\n<p>The streets do not become safer as a result. They are perceived as more insecure and become completely impassable for some groups. Thus legitimizing the monopoly of violence in public spaces by capitalism and the mechanisms of the State. And contributing to the invisibilization of those who do not fit into a capitalist, racist and patriarchal system. Gentrification and social control are going hand by hand by displacing of population from the center to the periphery of our city, creating \u201esafe\u201c neighborhoods from precarious social groups.
