Wegen des rassistischen Migrations- und Asylsystems in Deutschland gibt es viele Menschen, die hier nicht arbeiten, studieren oder gar sich frei bewegen d\u00fcrfen. Sie sind unmenschlichen b\u00fcrokratischen H\u00fcrden ausgesetzt. Viele sind seit Jahren st\u00e4ndig von Abschiebung bedroht, erleben Racial Profiling, Polizeigewalt und fortlaufende Unterdr\u00fcckung.<\/div>\n

Nun gibt es -endlich- einen Gesetzentwurf f\u00fcr eine neue Bleiberechtsregelung: Nach 5 Jahren in Deutschland sollen auch abgelehnte Asylsuchende ein „Chancen-Aufenthaltsrecht“ bekommen. Aber nicht alle, sondern nur die, die „gut integriert“ sind und Dokumente besorgen konnten, die ihre „Identit\u00e4t kl\u00e4ren“.<\/div>\n
Doch wie kann ein von der restlichen Gesellschaft isolierter Mensch sich „gut integrieren“? Und wie sollen Menschen, die kein Geld haben, Dokumente aus ihrem angeblichen Heimatland besorgen?<\/div>\n
Es reicht \u2013 wir haben genug vom endlosen Warten, der st\u00e4ndigen Unsicherheit und Angst. Wir wollen einfach ein normales Leben in Deutschland f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen!<\/div>\n

Wir fordern:<\/strong><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
\n- Die Genfer Fl\u00fcchtlingskonvention muss f\u00fcr alle gelten! Denn Krieg und Not ist \u00fcberall Krieg und Not.<\/li>\n
- Es darf keine Fl\u00fcchtlinge erster, zweiter oder dritter Klasse geben!<\/li>\n
- Kriminalisierung von Flucht abschaffen!<\/li>\n
- eine bedingungslose Aufenthaltserlaubnis f\u00fcr alle!<\/li>\n
- Arbeitserlaubnis und Zugang zur Bildung f\u00fcr alle, sofort!<\/li>\n
- Residenzpflicht und Lager abschaffen!<\/li>\n
- Racial Profiling und institutionellen Rassismus abschaffen!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

The racist system in Germany creates unlivable situations for people, forbidding them to work, study, or even move freely beyond a certain radius. They have to deal with inhumane bureaucratic barriers; many have been facing the constant threat of deportation for years, experience racial profiling and police violence, and continuous oppression.
\nNow there is -finally- a draft law for a new right to stay: After 5 years in Germany, rejected asylum seekers are supposed to get a „chances right of residence“. But not all, only those who are „well integrated“ and have been able to obtain documents that „clarify their identity“. But how can a person isolated from the rest of society „integrate well“? And how are people who have no money supposed to get documents from their so-called home country?<\/div>\n
We have had enough! Having to wait and wait, living in constant uncertainty and fear. We just want to be able to live a normal life in Germany!<\/div>\n
We demand<\/strong>:<\/div>\n <\/div>\n
\n- The Geneva Refugee Convention must apply to everyone! Because war and hardship is war and hardship everywhere.<\/li>\n
- No first, second or third class refugees!<\/li>\n
- Stop the criminalization of refugees and migrants<\/li>\n
- Unconditional residence permits for everyone!<\/li>\n
- Work permits and access to education for all, immediately!<\/li>\n
- Abolish residence obligation and camps!<\/li>\n
- Abolish racial profiling and institutional racism!<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Nous sommes fach\u00e9!<\/strong><\/div>\nEn raison du syst\u00e8me raciste de migration et d’asile en Allemagne, de nombreuses personnes ne sont pas autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 travailler, \u00e0 \u00e9tudier ou m\u00eame \u00e0 se d\u00e9placer librement en dehors d’une certaine zone. Elles sont soumises \u00e0 des obstacles bureaucratiques inhumains. Beaucoup sont constamment menac\u00e9s d’expulsion depuis des ann\u00e9es, subissent le profilage racial et les violences polici\u00e8res ainsi qu’une r\u00e9pression continue.<\/div>\n

Maintenant, il y a -enfin- un projet de loi pour un nouveau droit de s\u00e9jour : apr\u00e8s 5 ans en Allemagne, les demandeurs d’asile devraient \u00e9galement obtenir un \u00ab droit de s\u00e9jour chanceux \u00bb. Mais pas tous, seulement ceux qui sont „bien int\u00e9gr\u00e9s“ et ont pu obtenir des documents qui „clarifient leur identit\u00e9“. Mais comment une personne isol\u00e9e du reste de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 peut-elle \u00ab bien s’int\u00e9grer \u00bb ? Et comment les gens qui n’ont pas la posibit\u00e9 sont-ils cens\u00e9s obtenir des documents de leur suppos\u00e9 pays d’origine ?<\/div>\n

Cela suffit – nous en avons assez de l’attente interminable, de l’incertitude et de la peur permanentes. Nous voulons simplement pouvoir mener une vie normale en Allemagne !<\/div>\n

Nous exigeons:<\/strong><\/div>\n <\/div>\n
\n- La Convention de Gen\u00e8ve sur les r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s doit s’appliquer \u00e0 tous ! Parce que la guerre et les difficult\u00e9s sont la guerre et les difficult\u00e9s partout.<\/li>\n
- Pas de r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s de premi\u00e8re, deuxi\u00e8me ou troisi\u00e8me classe !<\/li>\n
- Arr\u00eatez la criminalisation des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et des migrants !<\/li>\n
- Permis de s\u00e9jour inconditionnels pour tous !<\/li>\n
- Permis de travail et acc\u00e8s \u00e0 l’\u00e9ducation pour tous, imm\u00e9diatement !<\/li>\n
- Abolissez l’obligation de r\u00e9sidence et les camps !<\/li>\n

El sistema racista de Alemania crea situaciones inhabitables para lxs personxs, prohibi\u00e9ndoles a trabajar, estudiar o incluso moverse libremente m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de un determinado per\u00edmetro. Tienen que enfrentarse a barreras burocr\u00e1ticas inhumanas; muchos llevan a\u00f1os enfrent\u00e1ndose a la amenaza constante de la deportaci\u00f3n, experimentan perfilamiento racial y violencia policial, y una opresi\u00f3n continua.<\/div>\n

Ahora existe -por fin- un proyecto de ley para un nuevo derecho a quedarse: Despu\u00e9s de 5 a\u00f1os en Alemania, lxs solicitantes de asilo previamente rechazadxs se supone que podr\u00edan acceder a un “ posible derecho de residencia „. Pero no todxs, s\u00f3lo los que est\u00e9n „bien integradxs“ y hayan podido obtener documentos que „aclaren su identidad“. Pero, \u00bfc\u00f3mo puede „integrarse bien“ unx personx aisladx del resto de la sociedad? \u00bfY c\u00f3mo se supone que lxs personxs que no tienen dinero van a conseguir documentos de su supuesto pa\u00eds de origen?<\/div>\n

\u00a1Ya estamos hartos! Tener que esperar y esperar, vivir en la incertidumbre y el miedo constante. \u00a1S\u00f3lo queremos poder llevar una vida normal en Alemania!<\/div>\n

Exigimos:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n- \u00a1La Convenci\u00f3n de Ginebra de Refugiados debe aplicarse a todos! Porque la guerra y la adversidad, es la guerra y la adversidad en todas partes del mundo.<\/li>\n
- No al refugio de primera, segunda o tercera clase.<\/li>\n
- Que se deje de criminalizar a los refugiadxs y a lxs migrantes.<\/li>\n
- Permisos de residencia incondicionales para todxs.<\/li>\n
- Permisos de trabajo y acceso a la educaci\u00f3n para todxs, \u00a1De inmediato!<\/li>\n
