Diese Ma\u00dfnahme wurde vor 30 Jahren als vor\u00fcbergehende Notma\u00dfnahme eingef\u00fchrt, hat sich aber im Laufe der Jahre normalisiert und versch\u00e4rft.<\/p>\n<p>In 41 bis befinden sich heute 747 Gefangene in 22 Abteilungen in ganz Italien. Die 41-bis-Regelung gilt f\u00fcr 4 Jahre und kann kontinuierlich um weitere zwei Jahre auf unbestimmte Zeit verl\u00e4ngert werden.<br \/>\nFOLTER: Physischer oder moralischer Zwang, um Gest\u00e4ndnisse oder Aussagen zu erzwingen.<\/p>\n<p>Die N\u00f6tigungsdimension der 41-bis-Regelung liegt auf der Hand: Die einzige M\u00f6glichkeit, ihr zu entkommen, besteht darin, Dritte als T\u00e4ter der Straftaten anzugeben, f\u00fcr die man verurteilt worden ist.<\/p>\n<p>Heute wird 41bis mehr denn je als Warnung an die Kameraden innerhalb und au\u00dferhalb des Gef\u00e4ngnisses eingesetzt. Es ist ein Kontrollinstrument, das immer st\u00e4rker wird und zeigt, was unsere Gesellschaft ist: eine Gesellschaft, in der es normal ist, die Privilegien der Wenigen zum Nachteil der Vielen zu verteidigen, insbesondere mit Hilfe von Gef\u00e4ngnissen, Grenzen, Wirtschaftskrisen und der Zerst\u00f6rung ganzer Landstriche.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>ISOLATION IS TORTURE &#8211; NO41BIS Solidarity with Alfredo Cospito in Hunger Strike since 20.10.2022<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>41 bis is a special detention regime in Italy, also called \u201chard prison\u201d. This measure was introduced 30 years ago as a temporary, emergency measure, but has gradually become normalized and tightened over the years.<\/p>\n<p>At 41 bis there are today 747 prisoners in 22 sections throughout Italy. The 41 bis regime lasts for 4 years, and can be continuously extended for a further two years indefinitely.<\/p>\n<p>TORTURE: Physical or moral coercion for the purpose of extracting confessions or statements.<\/p>\n<p>The coercive dimension of the 41 bis regime is obvious: the only possibility of getting out of it is to indicate third parties as perpetrators of the crimes of which one has been convicted.<\/p>\n<p>Today, more than ever before, 41 bis is used as a warning to comrades, in and out of prison.
