Mord durch diesen Staat und seine rassistischen Institutionen.<\/strong><\/p>\n Der Mord an Ferhat ist kein isolierter Einzelfall, kein tragisches Ungl\u00fcck.<\/strong><\/p>\n Wir reden von Mord, weil er durch ein t\u00f6dliches System umgebracht wurde, welches die Profite und Interessen Einiger \u00fcber das Wohlergehen Vieler stellt.<\/p>\n Umso lauter m\u00fcssen wir unsere Stimmen und F\u00e4uste gemeinsam erheben.<\/strong><\/p>\n Ferhats Bruder versucht zurzeit \u00fcber den rechtlichen Weg f\u00fcr Aufkl\u00e4rung und Gerechtigkeit zu k\u00e4mpfen. Lassen wir ihn dabei nicht allein. Auch am dritten Jahrestag wollen wir auf die Stra\u00dfe gehen, um Ferhat zu gedenken.<\/p>\n Wir werden den Inhaftierten im Knast Moabit zeigen, dass sie nicht vergessen sind.<\/strong><\/p>\n Wir werden allen Verantwortlichen deutlich machen, dass wir niemals vergeben werden.<\/strong> Kein vergeben, kein vergessen!<\/strong><\/p>\n \u26a0\ufe0f Vorher: Gedenken an Beate Fischer<\/a> \u26a0\ufe0f<\/strong><\/p>\n Sonntag, den 23.07.2023 | 15:00 Uhr | Emmentaler Str. 97, 13409 Berlin<\/p>\n Anreise: U8, Bus 122, 125, 327 Residenzstra\u00dfe<\/p>\n On 23rd of July 2020 Ferhat Mayouf died at the age of 36 years in Moabit prison from smoke poisoning.<\/p>\n For us one thing is clear: It was murder! Murder by this state and its racist institutions.<\/strong><\/p>\n Ferhat was arrested and imprisoned on a minor accusation of theft. If he had been carrying a German passport, he would not have ended up in jail at all. From the first contact with the police, he was beaten, injured and humiliated. He was put in solitary confinement and locked up for 23 hours a day. Ferhat asked for medical help and support, but this was denied to him.\u00a0At around 11 p.m. on July 23, a fire broke out in his cell. Ferhat screamed for help. Instead of opening the door and getting him out, the guards decided to wait for the fire department. For 20 minutes they didn\u2019t do anything. 20 minutes of waiting that cost Ferhat his life.<\/p>\n That was murder!<\/strong><\/p>\n Ferhat\u2019s murder is not an isolated incident, or a tragic accident. <\/strong><\/p>\n We are talking about murder because he was killed by a deadly system that puts the profits and interests of a few above the well-being of many.Ferhat was criminalized by the German immigration regime, racially targeted by the cops, killed by the isolation and neglected help of the jail, and his death is covered up by the justice system in order to allow all perpetrators to be acquitted.<\/p>\n Since 23rd of July 2020, hundreds more people have died or been forced to take their own lives as a result of detention policies, police raids, or isolation in jails. State authorities and their representatives know many ways to exclude, deport and harass people, even with deadly consequences. State violence is so commonplace and present that many consider it a normal condition of society. But this violence must never be accepted as such.<\/p>\n All the louder we must raise our voices and fists together.<\/strong><\/p>\n Ferhat\u2019s brother is currently trying to fight for justice by taking legal action. Let us not leave him alone in this.<\/p>\n Again, on the third annual memorial day of his murder, we want to take to the streets to commemorate Ferhat. <\/strong><\/p>\n We will show the detainees in Moabit prison that they are not forgotten. <\/strong><\/p>\n We will make it clear to all those responsible that we will never forgive.<\/strong><\/p>\n Join us in the streets on the 23rd of July 2023 at 5pm at Turmstra\u00dfe subway station!<\/strong><\/p>\n
